Overview
About Me
I am an open minded and easy going person. I grew up in Sweden and after high-school I moved to Denmark where I'm currently situated. In between moving to Denmark and now, I lived for two years in Portugal as part of my bachelor degree studies.
I work as a technician at a research centre where I assist in developing and executing research projects in related to plant physiology, mostly on food crops. It's a great combination of biology and technical/mechanical challenges. Last but not least it's an international environment with colleagues and students from all over the world.
I eat vegan (No animal products) but I wont disrespect anyone chooses another type of diet.
I Grew up with a passion for bicycle and board sports. Be it mountainbiking in the forest, BMX or skateboarding at the park, snowboarding the mountains and most recently surfing waves in Portugal.
I enjoy good lengthy conversations about basically anything, getting to know peoples views of life, culture, language etc.
Unfortunately I'm not able to host in my current flat as it's too small, but I hope to change this soon.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I've lived in several shared homes in various cities, more specifically one in copenhagen with six people sharing a house where we would host lots of couchsurfers both through the website and by other means. I love sharing experiences with other people, and couchsurfing has proven to be a good way of doing so.
Interests
My main interest is learning and trying to understand things. Be it botany, cultural and social relations or just trying to repair something at home. Meeting new people and learning about other cultures and ways of life gives perspectives.

Music, Movies, and Books
I like most types of music, however "real" music made with actual instruments is my preference. There are lots of good movies, which makes it hard trying to list. Same goes with books, I enjoyed reading The alchemist as an example.
Which music album, book or movie to choose depends on the time and mood.

Live and study abroad.
