About Me

I'm a cook, entrepreneur and Food&Design developer; a nomad soul who has been moving a bit since the last 10 years. Originally born in Colombia, moved to San Sebastian in the Basque Country 7 years ago.
Food: the art, the science and everything around it are the lenses through which I have seen the world for the last years..
Creativity, collaboration, conversation and cooking are my best tools to promote social impact and work towards preserving this planet. Your spoon is the best one to do it too.

Avid fan of meeting new people and exploring new cultures, countries and languages (I speak English and Spanish fluently)! I'm very sociable, active, curious, outgoing, respectful and fan of cooking!!

My PASSIONS: Cooking, traveling, Craft Beer and salsa dancing

My WEALTH: Hundreds of awesome friends I've made from all around the world.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I want to make that mentioned (above) wealth as huge as possible!

Books: Los Ojos del Perro Siberiano || La verdad Sobre el caso Harry Quebert || Dime Quién Soy || Anotaciones sobre el naranja

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cooked for thousands of people (happy-free-spirit-pachamamalovers) at Boom Festival, Portugal, during 8 days. And slept in a tent full of dust for 20 days in a row. To some that might sound like "meh", but to me that was really amazing!

Teach, Learn, Share

A couple of tasty recipes, culinary techniques, a few salsa dancing steps

What I Can Share with Hosts

Nice conversations and a tasty dinner cooked by myself.

Countries I’ve Visited

Australia, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Dominican Republic, France, Greece, Italy, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, United States, Viet Nam
