我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

It was an amazing time to have my first couchsurfing experiences in Zurich. My very first time watch live soccer with host. This is really a very good platform to make new friends while travelling.
Travelling alone but I will never be alone
Come as strangers and leave as friends
I look forward to have more experiences via couchsurfing. Who knows? Maybe we can click well and be good friends for life.

Enjoy reading in my free time. Novel is my good friend "who" can help me improve my vocabulary.

Music is spice in my life. It can change my mood and inspire me sometime. No music preferences but depend on mood.

Those movies based on true stories make me think differently. When I watched "Everest", I told my father those peoples who reached the summit are my heroes. Although my father have not done that yet but also one of the heroes in my heart.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Too many to list down but I mention some of my favourites here：-

Ice explorer in Franz Josef Glacier from New Zealand in morning. Few hours later, I went to skydive at Fox Glacier. After finished, I drove all the way down to Queenstown by myself at night. I think I took about 12 hours to finish all these within 1 day. It was very tired but I'm enjoyed it. :)

Solo travel in Denmark- Copenhegen and Sweden- Malmo on August 2015. My very first time to Europe countries. I have a language problem over there due I cannot read Danish and Swedish but fortunally I have well prepared before my journey. Use the road map, take the trains and bus to the attraction places I'm planned. Luckily, I didn't get lost.

First time self-drive in New Zealand, a foreign country which I never visited before.

Learnt to fly a light plane for 20 mins. I got a certificate from the pilot once it done.
This is one of the achievement I'm proud of myself :D

First time went to South Africa, trekked to Lion's Head and Table Mountain on Feb 2016. Met two friends-One is before my birthday and the other one is after my birthday. I believe fate bring us meet together during my short stay in backpacker hostel. Therefore, I hope we can have celebration together in near future.

Went to watch the soccer in Munich (FC
Bayern Munich) on Feb 2016 which I bought the ticket six months ago before the game started. Manage to have chance to watch home game from my favourite team. Mia san mia

Went to Russia on June 2016 and met amazing, kindness peoples. They not even offer me a stay but also spend all the times with me which I unexpected, feel strongly surprised and appreciated.

Made friend during the flight from Swiss back to Singapore on September 2016. It's was a nice talk with her and currently we still keep in touch. Sadly I cannot bring her around in Singapore because I have to work after landing but I quite familiar the direction and way to go in airport. Showed her the way to have a register of free Singapore tour. If you happen to visit Singapore on next time, please do it and don't miss the chance. There is a free bus tour available for all passengers who need long time to awaiting their next transit flight.

Trekking to MT. Rinjani in Jul 2018 and I flew back home right before the earthquake. Thanks God to be so lucky.

Teach:
Able to teach some Mandarin words which may help you to visit Asia countries in future. ( I'm sure it will be useful ｸﾞｯ!(๑•̀ㅂ•́)و✧)

Learn:
Never stop learning and one day remove the "L". Keep try new things. It will be great if you don't mind to teach me something too. We can learn together especially cooking.

I'd like to spend time with my host for a meal, a talk, doing something or go somewhere together. We can share stories, joy and fun time. I'm happy to give fair exchange in hospitality as helping with cleaning or cooking.
I hope it's a start of a friendship and keep in touch.

PS: I don't mind to stay up late and talk with my host. The only thing I worry is we got not enough time to talk. Hahahaha! (I am chatty person)
