I live with my wife, Christel, and youngest daughter in a beautiful town near the southernmost tip of Africa. We are a happy family who live with joy and peace, and like to share the gift of life and everything that comes to us.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I've discovered CS through friends, who shared their experiences of couchsurfing with us. We would love to host travellers visiting the beautiful beaches and landscape around the most southern tip of Africa.

Interessen

We both love music, reading and watching movies. I love to do road running and we try to keep fit and healthy through gym training, playing tennis and walking. In my free time I do some choir training, or a musical with high school kids.

Too many to mention. My wife has read so many books and has an astounding knowledge of movies. We love classical music, especially choir and opera, but can enjoy any music.

My personal best is certainly the Comrades Ultra Marathon (90 km) that I've completed ten times.
Perhaps the most amazing thing I've done was to jump out of an aeroplane ... and experience the awesome feeling of freedom.

We live a positive and eventful life. Every day is a gift - we like to share it with other people. We have many wonderful friends, and we are always eager to learn from other people's experiences and cultures.

We can share a home, we can share the stories of our life, and we can share the beauty of the area where we live. We live a very busy life with many responsibilities, but we always try to make time for new friends.
