Hi! I'm Laia and as you may have seen, I'm 22 years old and from Catalonia (Barcelona). I use couchsurfing because I really enjoy meeting new people and getting to know new cultures, because I believe each of them encloses a new life.

I like travelling alone but not because I like loneliness... it's because I think it's the perfect way of knowing new people and getting involved in the culture and language! CS has appeared to be a perfect tool for it because it allows you to be in contact with local people.

The same applies to when I'm the host. It makes me very happy to have someone interested in my culture so I'll do my best to help you have a great time in Catalonia 🎉

兴趣

Apart from my studies, I love being outdoors running, walking or climbing. I also love drawing, painting and good music (specially folk) and I dance and play the violin and "the flute" (just learning it to be accurate).
