About Me
I'm a musician. A singer-songwriter. Part of my gig is travel. And so is going to see my kids.
I'm a stay at home dad during the weekdays, but I like to get out and about in the evenings and weekends, and work.
The cool thing is about my job is that I get to see live shows for free. It makes me happy...But at the same time I feel like a pirate. Lol. I love it. Sharing that is important.
My kids are awesome. My two oldest live back home in Georgia. I am in Nashville now, and seeing them is always a joy and a heartbreak.
I tend to paint. Don't be surprised if I end up at your place and leave you with a painting. But don't be surprised if I don't. I really just ride the creative way as I feel inspired.
I like disc golf. Playing out in various places is pretty cool.

Interests
I got a bunch of them. I play acoustic guitar and sing. Recording music and shooting videos is pretty cool. I've been doing that for a while. No major equipment really. Just an iPad. (Lame I know...and to think I paid to go to college for this now outdating platform.)
Art of any kind. But more importantly, heArt. The connection is everything.
Movies, I suppose is an issue for this group: Anything not horror.
And I smoke outside. I kinda feel awkward around smokers that smoke inside just the same as I am around nonsmokers, when crashing over.
Tolerance meets Nerves.
I love sweet tea and herb. Coffee/Espresso.
And sometimes cook.

Music, Movies, and Books
Acoustic Alternative, Drawnout-Season shows, and anything POE and TS Eliot.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I once was an intern with Georgia Public Broadcasting and I was a spelunking guide for a camera documentary guy, and I was the audio guy with the boom mic.
We sat at the mouth of Cave Extreme in Bainbridge, Ga., and we were doing a segment called "Bat Blitz".
I literally stood still while 50,000 bats swarmed all around me. Not one touched me.
Looking around there were maybe a hundred snakes that had come for dinner.
It was very intense.
