Hi everybody,

I am Maria a 20 year old girl which comes from a lovely hanseatic city called Lübeck, Germany. In summer 2014 I finnished my A-levels and now I am having a gap-year. Right now I am living and working as an Au Pair near Vancouver, Canada. I love exploring new cultures and making new freinds all over the world. My friends describe me as a very realexed and laid-back person. I like to have nice talks with coffee or wine, go on parties or doing adventurous things in the nature.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I have never done couch-surfing before but my friends did and they said it is awesome. I really appreciate to live in this era of time to have the opportunity to get to know people all over the word via couch-surfing and co. It is a great platform to bring people from different cultures together.

In March a friend of mine and I are going to do a trip from Vancouver all the way down to San Fransisco. Hopefully we will find nice people to stay with :)

I think to define my favourite music, movies and books is very difficult. If I had to choose I would say I am into Indie-Rock and independent movies. And no book is better than Harry Potter!
