I am Carolina, I'm 20 years old and I am from Portugal.
I come from a big family: I am the oldest of 3 brothers and 4 sisters.
I study Political Science and International Relations in Covilhã, Portugal.
I lived in France some years ago and I finished my European Voluntary Service in Szczecin, Poland, one year ago.
My passion is to travel and to drawn deep into new cultures and costumes.
I am really easy going and I consider myself a really happy and lucky person!
I have the chance to already have traveled a lot and met amazing new people from all over the world! I want to keep it up!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I think Couchsurfing I think of a way to improve my staying in another country! What's best than to stay with a local that can show me the non-touristic and most beautiful places of the city that I'm visiting? Sharing is the key!

Music, Movies, and Books

I could never chose A favorite music, movie or book, there are too many awesome ones!
I really like music, I played violin for 8 years and I also play guitar. I listen to almost any kind of music and I really like to discover new ones!
As for movies, I think I am finding myself in cinema this year! The best ones I've last watched are probably "Into the Wild", "The Great Debaters" and "In the Name of The Father".
One of my favorite books is "Le Roi, le Sage et le Bouffon" from Shafique Keshavjee.

I can teach any language I know and the culture and costumes of my country and the ones I've lived in!

I can share my way of looking at life in general and in detail and I'm always ready for a good laugh, I guess that's the most amazing thing we can share with each other.
