About Me

Hello couchsurfers from all over the world! I'm a colombian guy who loves to meet people no matter where they come from.

I hope I get the chance to show you around the beautiful city where I live in and hopefully you'll give me the chance to visit your city! I'm 27. I just finished college and I'm planning on traveling to Germany on March/April 2015. I live with my parents and we have an unoccupied room where my sister used to live in (she lives now in another city).

Welcome to Barranquilla and its 'Carnaval'! Share with us all your positive energy and you'll be dancing for hours without a rest. If you're not the dancing type, don't worry, here's room for everybody.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just wanting to meet new people, allow them to stay (if they inspire me trust) at my place, and hopefully get the chance to stay someday at their place in their country!

Interests

Going out, the BEACH, walking around, traveling. Not good at dancing (at least not as good as most barranquilleros), but love partying, talking and drinking! Meet new people and share experiences.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: salsa, rock en español, electronic, champeta and sometimes reguetón!

Movies: Seven souls, sev7n, the Godfather, movies from Studio Ghibli, the Lord of the Rings, The Hunger Games and so many more...

Books: all time favorite is El nombre de la rosa by Umberto Eco. Probably on second place is Cien años de soledad by Gabriel Garcia Marquez.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hard question... define 'amazing'! I haven't thrown up for 4 years :-)

Teach, Learn, Share

I could share all I know about my city and I'd love hearing about other cultures.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Maybe a room at my place, the kindness and beauty of the people from Barranquilla, the coming soon Carnaval, a meal at my house, a day on the beach.
