Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I met Couchsurfing through the Language Exchanges in Madrid and fell in love with the principles and the people who participate in this way of travelling and meeting other people. With the various trips I made in Spain, I met more and more couchsurfers and the experiences only got better.

I am a journalist for a local broadcasting company in the city of Nijmegen. I was born there, but since I've been working here, I've learned so much more about the beautiful ancient city than in the years before. I love to see all the beautiful sides of this city.

Almost as much as I love to travel. I got to know couchsurfing when I studied in Madrid, Spain. Couchsurfing gave me the oppurtunity to meet new people, learn amazing things and visit places I wouldn't have without.

My other interests are various. I like to visit the theatre, run, fitness, cook, dance, or go to a bar.
