I moved to a farm one year ago and renovating it by myself. It is in Kecskemét 80km from Budapest. I worked for media in Hungary and my main income is still from the studio technician job, but living from the farm is a good option too. I realised in the past few years that the humanity needs a dramatic change in their thinking if we want to be a part of this ecosystem. All I can do is be a good example what comes with mental peace. All the time I am serching for a sustainable way of living, I love to learn about agriculture. I started a YouTube channel about ecological lifestyle wich you can check out on www.YouTube.com/c/EcoLogicalFilms it is on hold now but I light it up in the near future.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think sharing is the future. The freedom of traveling is here with Couchsurfing. I not just want to see a country when I travel, I want to be a part of the every day life of the country, feel what the locals feel and eat what they eat. I also offer the same. If you come to my place I will not change many things on my life, of course I can show you around, probably my friends join if they have time, you will be just like my friends when you come to my place, no more and no less. I have a Yurt right now but I am selling it if I find a buyer, it is not a rush so in the meantime I would be happy to accept travelers. Keep in mind that it is a farm and it is in Kecskemét, from the center it is around 20-30 minutes by bus and on foot. Please if you send me a request include your answers.

I can teach some agriculture, how to work with clay, how to use ecological building materials. I can teach you how to cook Hungarian dishes.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook hungarian food, and we can discuss where the World goes now days. I can show you how farm life is in Hungary, how renovation is going on with a clay house. I have some animals but not too much and in the colder weather I like to stay inside and come up with a good permaculture plan for the farm.
