**Location**
A countryside village between Busan and Samnangjin, close to the Nakdong River bike path and Gayajin Park.
This is not Busan.

I used to prepare a bed so guests could rest comfortably.
But from May, I will have a roommate, so things are a bit different now.

Male guests will sleep in the living room with the dogs.
Female guests can sleep in the room with my roommate and the cats.

I live in a small house with two cats, three dogs, and a child who is still learning about life.
So the house can be messy, noisy, and sometimes smells like animals. It’s not perfectly clean.

Still, if you come, I think it would be nice if you could share your travel stories with my roommate.

1. Only bicycle travelers or hitchhikers can stay. I don’t reply to other requests.

2. I live with animals, cats and dogs, and we share the space. If you need, I have allergy medicine.

3. Only one guest at a time.

4. Please contact me in advance. I don’t check my phone often.

5. One of my dogs is afraid of male foreigners. Please don’t take it personally. It’s not just you, it’s everyone.

6. Sometimes I have visitors at my office, and it might happen on the same day as your stay. They usually stay for about an hour, between 11 AM and 12 PM.
During that time, you can stay in the room or take a walk around the village.
Just letting you know in advance.

7. The maximum stay is 3 nights.
If you stay too long, it makes saying goodbye a bit difficult for me.

8. I don’t use WhatsApp or Instagram. I’m just a strange person living in the countryside.
Also, after you leave, it will be hard to stay in touch. I’m telling you in advance so you won’t feel sad.

I am kind and friendly, but also a bit distant.
If you want to see me again, you can come back when you visit Korea next time.
Or be my penpal friends haha

In the spring of 2025, I met a bicycle traveler who was sleeping in a tent. Getting to know him made me feel like I became a better person, and it inspired me to help travelers like him.
I also feel that it’s better for travelers to stay in a safe and warm place, even if it’s a bit messy or smells like animals, rather than sleeping outside in a tent.
