Musica, film e libri

Music: i have favorites, but honestly I can listen to just about anything, music is all about the mood and energy needed

Movies: love love love documentaries or anything that inspires or moves. Some favorites would include valley uprising, into the wild, the bucket list, the help, the minimalist +++

Books: currently reading "Sapiens", also enjoyed "the dharma bums" by Jack Kerouac.
