Overview
About Me
So how to describe myself without sounding vane or insane... Well I am 25, standing at 5″11′ on paper but 6″2′ when you tickle me.
I am originally from Portugal but I don’t miss the sun that much, only about every 3 seconds ;)
I spent my childhood in Canada. Growing there with maple syrup, open-minded people and wrestling grizzly bears was a satisfying experience;
I moved back to Portugal and started my medical degree. And now I have accents in both English and Portuguese languages, but I write without an accent.
People see me as a variety of things: retired athlete, ambitious professional,bold, more self-confident than cocky, non-judgmental, honest and very physically fit. However I’ve always considered the whole “who am I” thing to be kind of limiting.
When I travel I always get a bit nervous on the airplane. But all of that nonsense is forgotten when you get to swim with wild dolphins in Hawaii or climb some cliffs in Maiorca.
Adventure is not just about travelling, most people like to travel and explore. To me it is adventurous to get to know a new interesting person; to achieve goals that I have set to accomplish; to start new hobbies and businesses; to dream and be plunged into that vast fire that sometimes burns within for a special someone.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met a CS group on a night out, they convinced me how awesome this is.

Music, Movies, and Books
Kino no tabi. I would love to travel the world on my motorbike just like the girl on this thought provoking animation. The philosophy of only staying 3 days in each city is very wise
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I brought back to life a man who died of a heart attack in an elevator.
Also highlining. From the moment I tried my first highline I was hooked!
Every time I climb on one I get to experience the intense joy of living and being fearless of death.
Teach, Learn, Share
Right now I am learning to ride 600cc+ motorbikes
