About Me
[NOT ACCEPTING AFTER 7th of AUGUST]
I'm a 20 year-old brazilian student who came to Galway /Ireland to study for 1 year. I'm a talkative person, friendly, smiley, and normally very active. I love doing things outdoors, specially with good companies. :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Come to Ireland to study for one year brought me the singular opportunity to meet people from very different nationalities and visit other countries.
Some of my friends shared their experiences in couchsurfing with me, and that was what attracted me.
I see as a cheap and very enjoyable way of meeting up foreign people, sharing our cultures and practicing my English (or Spanish, or Portuguese, whatever hehe)
Interests
Walking. Cycling. Talking. Playing guitar/ukulele/harmonica. Eating (always). Dancing. Surfing (I try).
As an active person, I love to do things outdoors. And I love the Nature. Being in a natural environment is something that makes me feel I'm part of the Nature, makes me feel closer to God himself. I truely admire this wonderful Creation - flowers, birds, trees, the sky, the sun, the sea, the rocks. And also the fruits (about eating haha). :P
I also love to visit new places. After coming to Ireland I'm developing a passion in travelling. I want my eyes to see all the stunning views they can reach! :)

Music, Movies, and Books
I'm not that into books and movies, but I can tell two of them that I'll keep in my heart forever. Movie: The Fabulous Destiny of Amélie Poulain; Book: The Little Prince.
Music is something I really like. I'm very ecletic. If it sounds good to my ears, I'll listen. Rock, Classic music, Reggae, Folk, MPB (Brazilian Popular Music), Indie, Forró, Soul, Latin music, Blues, well... the list goes on.
I love Yann Tiersen - he is the number one.
There are plenty of bands that I like listening to, it's hard to tell.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Morocco (Feb-2015). Wearing turban; riding a dromedary; eating tajine inside a tent; singing, dancing and hanging out with friends around a camp fire in the middle of the Sahara Desert; walking through the Medina of Marrakesh - that was such an experience!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach some portuguese, I guess? haha
I love to share about Brazilian culture. The food, the music, language expressions.
I play guitar and ukulele, and I'm always up to improve my skills in the musical instruments! Now I'm learning to play harmonica.
A dream of my life: to surf. I started in Brazil and surely will keep working on it when I come back. - Or maybe here in Ireland, if I have the opportunity! :D
