Por que estou no Couchsurfing?

I had the chance to be in a Study Abroad program in Budapest, and to work in a Top Rated Hostel. The chance to meet people from different places, and share stories with them, is quite appealing to me. Many travelers and close friends have recommended me to do CouchSurfing. The world is huge, but sometimes not huge enough to reach out and bump into your buddies, no matter where they are. I'm up to add people to my life, and pay it back.

It is for me quite a big deal, quitting my old boring job and getting rid of situations that kept me grounded. Bottomline, I left everything behind and decided to take a leap of faith and go to Australia for a Master's Degree. And it's finally happening.

I've taught English at High-School level, worked in a Top-Rated Hostel in Hungary for a few months, and been in a Study Abroad Program during University.
I know a few good tunes on the guitar and the uke, and I can cook a few mexican delicacies (if I find the right ingredients!).
