About Me

Originally from Lisbon but living in the Netherlands at the moment. I'm a simple guy who enjoys life . I love to hang out (day or night) to grab a coffee, a beer or simply chill out in the park or something, as long as there is laughter. The hardest decision for me would be to choose between mountains and the beach. I love hiking, but since my surname is Robalo (bass fish in Portuguese) how can I say no to the ocean...

City trips are also great: I'm a fan of history, monuments, cafes, museums and local restaurants. There is always something interesting to do

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Great way to meet people from other countries/cities and get a chance to share and learn new cultures. You can really appreciate a city when you explore it with a local.

Interests

I'm PhD student in Neurosciences, so anything in that field grabs my attention (nerd alert xD). I love to travel, if time and that good old friend called money would permit it I would visit a new place every month.

I also love sports: running, football (the real one haha), longboarding, dancing. I'm a cinema goer: difficult to name my favorite movie since I've watched so many but I'm a fan of Christopher Nolan, Scorsese, Ridley Scott, David Fincher....

Into too many things and little time to do them all but right now it's dancing, photography and skateboarding.
