I study environmental studies and sustainable development at Palacký university in beautiful old unesco town Olomouc.

I grew up in small beautiful town Uherský Brod with my family. I am a Christian, but like getting to know about other religions.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to make friends around the world and learn something about their culture, custumes and living outside of the Czech Republic. I want to also practice my English, Russian and Spanish.

Interests

Because of my studies and my love to our planet, I am trying to live eco-friendly life.With my friends we write blog about zero waste lifestyle and during my traveling I want to find new ideas and alternatives how to live more zero waste. So I do not want to do just sightseeing, but also visit farmers markets, bulk shops, comunity gardens...

I am trying to eat like vegan. But I´ve made this decision few months ago, so I am vegan begginer. But we can try to cook some vegan meal together.

I love spending time with other people, especially with my friends and my family.

In our church comunity I organise meetings for small children, for these children I organise camps in summer.

I also lead ecologic club for small children in Olomouc.

In czech language we have beautiful proverb: "You live a new life for every new language you speak." Maybe that is the reason, why I so much love languages and things connected to it. I love reading books, learning languages (russian and spanish), long intelligent conversations, jokes about languages...

Music, Movies, and Books

If I told you everything about my favourites books, we would spend the rest of our life talking about it.

But I can say, that I really like russian books and czech books. I can tell you more about czech authors, if you do not know them, Czech books are as good as others, maybe better;).

I love fantasy like Lord of the rings, Eragon, Chronicles of Narnia, Harry Potter...

And my pretty new love are books about ecology and environment.

Don´t worry. It seems like I like only books. But I also love music especially singing and every interesting movie, but I have not seen many, unfortunately.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have done several amazing and crazy things, it is really hard to chose one of them. For example I led a children camp when I was 16. When I was 17 I travelled with my two friends around Bulgaria by hitch-hiking. And last summer I have been three times in Ukraine and spent some time in Transnistria.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my opinions, experience and knowledge. I can teach you something about working with children, Czech literature and culture...

I can also teach you how to cook some vegan meals. (But I am a beginer).

And you would not avoid some presentation about "how to live more zero waste life" :P. I can also show you, how to write a blog.

At present I try to improve my English, Russian and Spanish. I want to learn everything you can teach me. Especially something about your language and literature.
