About Me

It is hard to talk about ourselves, specially when we are in a phase of changes, discovering the world and ourselves.
However, I consider myself a communicative and naturally curious person.
At this moment we boarded on the greatest journey of our lives. Ricardo and I have been living together for about four years and since then we have talked about traveling. We have chosen to do so in an unconventional way, once we consider 22 days of annual leave not enough to kill our thirst for experience.
We worked, we saved money, we made choices and options that lead us to leave with some security after 4 years of that conversation on the couch. We said goodbye to our jobs, we left our rented house and we just boarded the plane to find what we love most: try new things.
I think this description already tell you a little bit about who we are. We are not the most fearless people in the world, we are not that detached, we like the comfort of a good bed, but ... We headed to Asia, indefinitely in search of experiences, people, places and wisdom. I think we will use this platform a lot.
I also aim improving my english once I'm not pretty fluent speaking and writting foreign languages. I hope this life experience helps me in that goal too.

I love welcoming people, but now I dont have a fixed place.
I hope one day we will be able to have our space to welcome people and share experiences. This is a big desire for us.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here because I consider it an excellent platform to exchange spaces, couchs and, above all, experiences.
It is a way of traveling that fascinates me to have unique experiences through the tips of the local people.
Other important factors are also saving money on hosting, making friends, know places less turisty and practicing other languages. Among other things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I m passionate about music. Music is the best way to bring people together, and whenever we can jump to the festival (for several years, all my money - which has always been little - was to go to festivals and enjoy music) or to a concert, either on the street, in bars, large auditoriums or pavilions. I do not have a favorite genre of music, but I like music that makes me feel happy.
Some bands I like: radiohead, florence and machine, roger waters, daves matthew band, linda martini, legendary tigerman, wraygunn, arctic monkeys, nouvelle vague, noiserv, janis joplin, the doors, god is an astronaut, charles bradley, chemical brothers , Yann Tiersen, foo fighters, skunk anansie, dead combo, ornatos violeta, the cranberries...)

I have no favorite authors or books. I read everything, as long as I feel like I'm learning something from those pages.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The most fantastic thing I'm about to do is a one-way trip with no return date with the love of my life.
