Gauranteed best spot in Auckland. This is my home at the beach. It is old and has lots of character, it's location is stunning. You can hear the sea lapping up the beach from your room. I accept one guest at a time as I only have a single bed in the spare room. I will always have it set on accepting guests but this may not be the case all the time as I freelance and won't be able to host when I'm working. Often I don't know if I'm working till a day or 2 before so short notice works for me. The references on here are from the family holiday home at Hotwater beach I used to host on here.
