Why I’m on Couchsurfing

liking to travel, but hating to have nobody to talk with. I like to share and getting advice of insiders in another country, region or city.

Interests

Reading especially in French and in English to keep my brain working.
Swimming, the pool is near by my home, Nordic Walking , the parc and a lot of rural landscape is in the surrounding area. I'm fond of dancing, eating good food and drinking good wine while having lively conversations with friends or people who will become friends.

Music, Movies, and Books

Classical guitar is my favorite. For example Segovia, Fampas, Julian Bream but Paco de Lucia also and Claus Boesser-Ferrari with his acustic guitar.
But I don't switch the radio off, when it comes to Rod Stuart, Shakira, Joe Cocker ,
Last not least Hildegard Knef , Edith Piaf or Juliette Gréco..
As authors I like very much Peter Scholl-Latour with his razor-sharp analysis of the worldwide crises, Ferdinand von Schirach with his sight of right and order, guilt and expiation without forgetting that every committer and victim is a human beeing.
In French and English I'm reading all the textes I can get.
