Hello everyone,

My name is Bahar. I'm a 23 years old university student from İstanbul. I study Economics and am interested and fond of Social Sciences in general. :)

I've used Couchsurfing twice in my life once is Bordeaux and once in Barcelona. They were both crazy and unforgettable trips so I've always wanted to be a part of the surfing community. I hope to share my couch with travelers one day as well. Other than that I've Workawayed quite a lot, 3 months in Spain, 2 months in a small Aegean village in Turkey and 1.5 half month in Budapest. So you see sharing and becoming a part of the local community is my favorite way to travel. :)

About myself, I believe I'm an easygoing and open minded person. I respect differences, any kind. I believe its your actions and thoughts that should matter, not your background, your ethnicity, your gender nor your orientation. I like to have fun, really keen to comedy. Especially absurd and situation comedy. You can see me laughing breathlessly sometimes, that's normal that's just me! Other than that I really like to read. I played volleyball, basketball and court tennis as I grow up and I'm still playing volleyball sometimes. I like to cut, paint, drill old stuffs and garbages and turn them into something I can make use of ( I mean DIY lol). These kinds of ideas are always in my mind, I get inspired by a lot things. What else to include, I like to dance, listen to music, have a good conversation, watch movies and series, yeah just a regular 23 year old.

I also lived in Berlin for 6 months as an exchange student, really fun times, lots of stories there!
