I am trainer and coach.
Trainer group dynamics and teambuilding. My goal is to enable groups and teams to work together effectively. My specialties are vivid do-activities. Learning by experience, so in that way experiential learning.
From my own experience I am familiar with the aspects that are important within teams and groups. Advantages that are in order, deadlines and goals.
As an ICT project- and team leader I worked for many years with teams and organized team processes.
Out of my background as a scouting member I frequently use exercises to clarify theory and keep people alert.
Coach of starting entrepreneurs. By individual coaching and networking. Enabling them to get a grip on their company by self-understanding and asking questions.
The goal of this is to make myself expendable.

Together with other trainers and coaches I aspire to good results.
If possible I am also able to find informal ways. I keep my appointments and I am someone people can count on.
