I am a 26 year old strength and conditioning coach from Canberra Australia and grew up in a little country town on the South Coast of New South Wales. I am a pretty straight forward guy, I love sports and love to spend time with family and friends.

A few years ago I took the plunge into the unknown by quitting my job to travel the United States. Since then I have completely fell in love with travelling and I am to see as much of the world as I can!
