Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a travel writer/blogger, definitely not a millionaire. Couch surfing seems like a cool way to meet people and find a place to stay for cheap.

I like deep movies that make you think about the world and our place in it. American History X, A Beautiful Mind and Hotel Rwanda are a few of my favorites.

As for books, I usually like sociological nonfiction OR guilty pleasure novels marketed towards teenagers.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I hiked 40 miles of the John Muir Trail. I spent some time volunteering at an Elephant refuge in Thailand. I was a professional LGBT activist.

I can help spruce up your blog or social media. I can show you lots of pictures of my doxies on my phone. I can do interpretive dance to the Pocahontas sound track.
