Hey, my name is Raíssa but all my friends calls me Fox.
I'm a brazilian 22 years old designer in São Paulo.
I lived for one year in Cardiff, Wales, and now I can pretty much say that I have a half-welsh heart. Wales is definitely my second home. Also lived for a few months in Namur, Belgium.
I'm originally from São Paulo/SP so I'm pretty used to huge cities (even tho I'm also used to this small city feeling like Cardiff).
I'm a ovo-lacto vegetarian for almost seven years already and I'm pretty obsessed with learning new veg recipes and stuff.
I'm sort of a workaholic since I truly love being a designer and I'm always getting into a new project (even when I'm already stuck in ten more projects...).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I'm pretty passionate about travelling and I just realised that couch surfing can bring me even more great experiences and people to my life.
Both: going to someone's house or having someone here sounds great for me.
I'm into knowing people, making friends and get to know different cultures, so it feels like couch surfing is a great deal for me.

Interests

My biggest passion in life is art. Any kind of art. I'm completely in love with music, dance and illustration.
I used to be a ballerina and even tho I don't dance anymore I still love it and I think about starting some Street Jazz and Contemporary Ballet classes soon.
I also like to spend a really big time in my life writing. I'm completely into poetry and small stories. Reading is one of my main hobbies and I can't stand seeing a nice book on a shelf: I always have to buy it even if it's just for reading months later.
I'm learning how to ride my tiny little cruiser skateboard and I'm pretty happy going to anywhere using it.
One of my biggest passions in life is the ocean. Just staring at it makes me feel completely happy and in peace.

I'm pretty passionate about classical music, experimental music and MPB. I do really love Chopin, Grimes, Chico Buarque and NIN.
I love french movies. I'm addicted to Wes Anderson, Kubrick and Tarantino.
My favourite books are a secret, I'm too jealous of them all.

Teach, Learn, Share

The main thing about couch surfing is learning about other cultures. I'm pretty interested in meeting people from different cultures and to learn about it.
Also, I can teach not only about brazillian culture, but about design and vegetarianism as well.
Since I love to cook I would love to spend sometime learning a new recipe from a different place or teaching one of my favourite veg recipes.
