Hello, this is Calvin, I am 23 years old. After my graduation I have spent one year serving Taiwan's military service as a coast guard near Taipei. Now that this service is finally coming to an end, I am very excited to go on a longer trip before starting my full-time job. I consider myself a very friendly, talkative and fun person. I am planning to spend around one month traveling in Australia. I hope I can meet great people during my trip to make it a memorable experience :)

I am curious to meet new friends during my trip abroad so I thought the best way would be to go couchsurfing.

I love to go traveling because I believe this is gonna keep broadening my horizon as well as meeting lots of interesting people. But as recent university graduate, I don't have the financial means to realize my trip by myself. I really wish there will be someone who is willing to help me to explore their own country and culture and create a wonderful memory. I would love to see the beauty of Australia in reality after only knowing from travel magazines. By making local friends I hope I can be able to adjust to local everyday life and enjoy the country not like the normal tourist going from one attraction to the next, but from a different point of view.

Once I sang songs in front of 400 ppl in an orientation for new coming soldiers and I was literally freaking out and shaking all the time but somehow I got the courage to do this on stage. But it felt awesome afterwards.
