Overview
About Me
I am an ex-tour guide and passionate about travelling and meeting with new people. I have been working as translator since 2002.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
More than hosting or being guest, my first purpose is meeting with new friends and build a real friendship. Of course, it
is my pleasure to host friends or to be guest at their home. The important thing is "real" friendship. As I am new on CS, I would like learn practices.
Interests
All local things: music, cuisine, traditions, legends, people, children, history. Unique and things which have a story.
I am a wine enthusiast and like tasting local wines. I have a wine cellar with wines from different countries and regions. I like wine and gastronomy and cooking local recipes. I have around 15 cook books from different countries.
Music, Movies, and Books
Folk, folk-rock, folk-pop, classical, new age, doom metal.
I spend most of my spare time by reading travel diaries, mythology, legends of different countries, travel books and novels from different countries.
I like changing my mood with different cıltures. For example, I listen African Blues while working and read Scandinavian mythology books when I came to home.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe that I have not done this yet and I will never do. Because every day there will be a new amazing thing waiting for me.
Teach, Learn, Share
As I am working with people from different countries, I have connections with many cultures and I have some inform for every country. I would like to meet with more people with different countries and to add their colors to the rainbow in my soul. Of course, I would like to share my experiences with people and it would make me happy to teach something.
Sharing life is sharing happiness. You can change with what you learnt.
