About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I want to meet/host people that I can continue to discover my own country with. I hope to encounter hosts who feel the same about their own country and share my wide eyed wonder, wandering around.
You'll be robbing yourself the true experience of our country if we don't hop next door to Tobago - the sister isle of our twin island republic - so pencil it in!
I hit pop up markets and local craft fairs across the country a couple times a month to sell my crafts, so you're guaranteed to experience all our finest local artisans at one of these events.
Interests
Traveling through the world seeing new faces, meeting new people... hearing their stories. Love the beach, swimming, waterfalls anything near water, nature, music, reading, crafting. Not usually the party type but I do like it when it happens.

Teach, Learn, Share
I know a thing or two about crafting. I have a quirky little craft gig called Junckollage (you can check it out on FB) where I've been creating stuff (and smiles) quite a few years now. I'd love to share some ideas =)
My first and currently only language is English but I'm stumbling my way through learning Spanish (& pulling a few words here and there from other languages). I would love to have the opportunity to immerse in new languages by surfing/hosting people who speak other languages and trading couches for this purpose :D
You'll definitely learn a few creole words and phrases too. We have lots of fun local slang here in Trinidad!
