About Me
Heeyyy,
How are you?
I am Amanda and I am an exchange student living in Ireland for a while. I teach English here and I just finished my Business course, so it's time for me to travel a little bit.
I am very easy going and I promiss that I will make you laugh. If not with me, at least of me! hahaha I am a little clumsy that's why I garantee you loads of laughs.
I am also a singer and I can play the guitar, but not like Andy McKee or Jimi Hendrix. More like someone who just plays for fun. So if you know any place around you where people sit and play to earn some money you can take me and we can spend the amount we get in beers! Sounds good?
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Most of times I will be traveling by myself so no companies :( And I don't really like traveling alone, so that's where Couchsurfing starts saving my trips. With Couchsurfing I will definitely have someone to hang out with wherever I am heading for.
Interests
Well, that's tough. I have loads. But basically music and culture.
I love R&B, jazz and blues. But Rockabilly and 80's Rock really turn me on.
I am also in love with books. I can't help it not entering in a bookstore when I see one.
I love dancing, though I don't dance well. LOL

Music, Movies, and Books
Tough.
Favorite music: (VERY VERY VERY TOUGH) Lately, it's been "Rock me Baby" by Etta James
Favorite movie: do not, can it be a TV Serie? If so, it would be Criminal Minds.
Books: This is as tough as music. Gosh haha. My favorite one of all times is Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen. But I also like Dracula of Bram Stoker, Great Expectations by Charles Dickens, The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've been to Mozambique in Africa working with kids and teenagers as a personal volunteer job. I was putting in practice a project I wrote with a friend about English as a Second Language for underprevileged people and training new teachers.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share laughs, music and my cooking abilities! I am a good cooker!
