Md. Omar Faruq is a well-known HR professional in IT Distribution and ITES industry. Generally, he is known by his family nickname as Fahim. He earned his graduation from private university, then completed the PGDHRM from Bangladesh Institute Management. Currently, he is working as a Manager in Human Resources Management and Administration Department at SSL Wireless. Prior to joining with SSL, he also worked as the Human Resources Manager of Computer Source Ltd. and E-Zone HRM Ltd. respectively.

Mr. Faruq is a Member of Bangladesh Society for Human Resources Management (BSHRM). He attended many national and international HR Conferences and has working experience with a large number of employees. Mr. Faruq was the youngest HR manager in IT distribution industry and handled large reputable corporate.
Mr. Faruq also involved with various sports organizations and has participated in many corporate leagues.
