Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My very first experience was amazing, never felt something like it. I was with my crazy friend Teresa, lost in Coimbra, 20:00 pm, we had nowhere to sleep and we thought of trying it. The answer was "If you come before 22:00 you have dinner!".
We didn't only have dinner. Suddenly we had friends, we were at a dinner party in a magical house, surrounded by people from all around the globe, eating italian pasta and drinking wine. We couldn't believe it. I had never felt that magic before. A big part of the places you visit are the people you get to know, and those that open their house expecting nothing from you are probably worth it.
