Hello! I am an architect based in Istanbul and interested in architecture, design, photography, urban design, sustainability, social innovations, data-mining and visualization, permaculture and nature.

I love travelling especially getting lost in the streets! Learning new things and meeting new people is what keeps me alive. I love dancing also. I enjoy playing all kinds of games such as board games, card games and vr games.

People like to talk, I do so. But I always allow myself to be fully present in the act of listening. Listen to the colours, the textures, the voices, people, the streets, the smells and beat of my heart and notice how it slowly begins to synchronize to the rhythm of a new place and new people!

I believe that trust goes both ways. If you’re worried about trusting a stranger, remember that all of your friends were once strangers!

Lastly, I am married with my best friend and love Erhan who is very thoughtful, open-minded, talkative, sensible and wise one. He is a financial analyst and interested in science, data, sports, history, and of course finance.

Music, Movies, and Books

My music taste includes jazz, soul, blues and symphonic. I am one of the fans of Hindi Zahra, Imany, Zaz and Riff Cohen. But I love dancing with spanish and latin music like a party animal!

I always like reading books. My absolutely favorite book is Sapiens by Yuval Harari.

I like watching the most sci-fiction movies such as Inception, Her and Mr. Nobody.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

For 2014, travelling by train (interrail pass) with Erhan
For 2015, studying and travelling in Japan for almost two months
For 2016, travelling to Poland, Denmark and Sweden as a solo traveler
For 2017, starting to live together with Erhan
For 2018, marrying with my only love (of course Erhan!) and travelling to Morocco on our honeymoon
For 2019, I am looking forward to seeing what will happen next!
