Hello everyone! I’m Yan Zhi (or you can just call me Yan - it’s kinda hard to pronounce heh) from Singapore! I was a legalized drug dealer by day, food nerd by night. I am currently a Masters student in Oslo/Rotterdam, and am still trying to figure my way out in this exciting world!

Have always wanted to see what the world is out there since young, and I must say once you start you can’t stop. I realised that there are so many more things for us to explore, to learn, and to experience.

I’m an extremely curious guy, fun loving and thrill seeking person. You only live once, so as what Anthony Bourdain would have said, “Open your mind, get up off the couch, move!”

Am in love with political/docu thrillers for now - Dunkirk, The Post, Spotlight. Other movies: Argo, PK, Lion, The Separation.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Jumping on an Indian train with a guy I barely know without any tickets, and pillion riding with another stranger thereafter

But the best thing I’ve done? Solo travelling in Iran!
