I currently graduated from my high school and I'm heading to UK to study Music! I sing in two bands and now I finally started focusing more on my own composing, creating my personal style.

I enjoy traveling and getting to know local people, learning something about their culture, language and so on) I'm into any fun really and like to have a couple of beers or glasses of wine :)

Like to read, visit cinemas (in Prague we have those huge cinemas like CinemaCity etc. and private small cinemas where artistic, less commercial films are being shown - those I love to visit!) and various exhibitions :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

What is really special about this is the opportunity to meet new people from various countries and see their cities with the eyes of a local!
I started meeting people at CS events and completely fell for it! You are so nice, generally positive and so much fun to be around guys!)

Interests

- Singing on stage, during rehearsal, in the shower - love it!
- Reading books focused on philosophy, or just totally experimental stuff like L'Écume des jours = Froth on the Daydream by Boris Vian!
- I'm looking forward to fulfilling my dream to travel around Southeast Asia!
- Listening to music during my walks home (I live 20 minutes from the closest tram station :D), when lying in bed, when drinking coffee in the morning (I love to start my morning either with Charles Mingus or Stu Larsen - a weird couple I know, but sometimes you need jazz, whereas the other days are more countrylike :D)
- Languages - love to learn new things, sentences or even words like fuck or beet (yeah, it actually happened to me in Greece when a girl kept telling me I was red like παντζάρι [pantzari] and we eventually had to visit her fridge, so she could show me what she meant)! :D
- I eat in that style like: Eat whatever you want and if anyone tries to lecture you about your weight, EAT THEM TOO! no, really, I don't overeat that often and I try to eat healthy (I TRY!)
- Yoga calms me down perfectly, puts me in balance
- Meeting people really recharges me!
- I love to combine meeting new people with a glass of beer or wine! I'm a musician so alcohol simply belongs to who I am :D
- I'm a history fan, so if you start telling me anything interesting from the past I'm all yours (and I don't mean telling me what happened to you yesterday, even though that interests me too, don't worry :D)
- Philosophy: Fromm, Foucault, ...
- Literature: I think it's always more interesting to read a book when you know something about the author and his background and background of the time generally - it feels like suddenly a new dimension is added to the story!
- Songwriting: When I write my songs, that's the time when I feel like I started working really. I forget about the time completely. I work a lot on my lyrics as I am really trying to tell people something. Not only that I met a guy who broke my heart yesterday, but to send a real message that matters, inspires or whatever! I think there's enough of crap in music industry already so I want to avoid contributing!
