Hello, my name is Toni, I'm 19 years old and from Berlin Germany.
For the past 6 month I worked in Beijing, China after I graduated from high school in Germany. Now my stay will soon be over and I want to explore the world a little further.
I love to just grab my backpack, hop on a train and see where it takes me. Like probably most of you fellow couch surfers I want to discover the most hidden corners of the world and am always exited to head out on a new adventure. Now it's time for the next one, Asia! (Or at least a part of it)
I'm a vey social outgoing person and would love to hear the stories you have to tell.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I love the idea of couch surfing being able to travel the world and instead of spending money sharing laughs and experiences.
I believe most travelers realize very fast is that it is much easier to discover a new city and that there is so much more to find out it you know somebody who lives there. As I'm a not the kind of guy who likes to run around a city photographing all the sites, then going to a fancy restaurant recommended to me by a tourist guide and afterwards hurrying back to the safety of my hotel room I feel that it is sometimes hard to discover the real hidden places. A local friend is always a great help. But please don't feel obligated to show me around the city. Any kind of tip is highly appreciated.

I'm a guy who's always trying to discover new things, so my interests are pretty wide spread.
There are some things I have already discovered though.
I'm really passionate about bikes. Not only about riding them but also about repairing. I have worked in a bicycle repair shop and learned a lot about how bikes work.
Since I'm a child I've made music. Right now I play the guitar and really enjoy making music together with other people.
For years I played basketball in a team in Berlin. Although I stopped playing in the team I often go out with my friends to play a little match.
ping pong (table tennis) is also one of my specialties. ;-)

音乐、电影和书籍

As a Berliner I really enjoy electronic music. Techno, Drum'n'bass, jungle, deep house, tech house. I believe it's nothing anyone knows though. For example extrawelt, rodad, souki and windish, thriftworks, Lucio de rimanez to name a few. I also like reggae and hip hop and Jazz.
I'm always happy to get to know new stuff.

I honestly don't know myself that well around books. I mostly read the entertaining stuff like adventure, fantasy or thrillers. Basically what ever ends up in my hands. Two authors I really like though are t.c. Boyle and John Irving.

Same goes for movies. I usually go for the exiting kind. One of my favorites is Tarantino but that's about all I can tell you.
I'm more of a series guy. I watched mad men, suits, dexter, homeland, freaks and geeks, shameless (the American one), breaking bad, supernatural, Hannibal, game of thrones, house of cards...

But as you might have figured music is my field of expertise.

The first time I was hiking usa's desert with my family we realized on 2/3 of the way our water canister leaked and was almost fully drained. It got to be quite an adventure. I'll be happy to tell you more about it when we meet.

I'm a bike guy, so if you have any problems with your two wheeled vehicle I can sure fix it (if you have some tools at home)
I also really enjoy cooking. I'd be happy to cook a good meal for you or together.
