Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I will always try to help people who are on the road, no matter their destination, as I myself have been helped many times by complete strangers during my voyage. My best travel experiences come from the times I used Couchsurfing and I'm happy to be a part of a network that brings travelers together easily.

Interests

One of my biggest passion is sailing. I see it as the perfect mode of travelling that gives you both the freedom to roam where you want and the satisfaction of getting there.

My other passion is music. I use a bass guitar and keyboards to play a variety of different kinds of music. I've been in a couple bands in my life, but unfortunately we haven't recorded much (we do have a couple tracks though). I also have a humble collection of vinyl records, mainly prog-rock from the 70s.

Recently I have started to ride a motorcycle and I will try to use it in my travels.

Music, Movies, and Books

Psychedelic rock, progressive rock and early genres of metal have a special place in my heart. I also know a lot about rock and metal music history.

I also love discovering local music that I would never have discovered on my own so don't hesitate to share :)
