Hey everyone!

As you can see my name is Robin and I am born and raised in the Netherlands. I recently started travelling and I'm already falling in love with it! What you need to know about me I guess is that I'm a very open minded person who loves to meet new people, of course, just like everyone else here.
I grew up on a boat and both my parents are musicians, therefore my middle name is Jazz.
I hate rain and I love to dance. Everything else you want to know about me you can just ask when we meet, I'm an open book!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

The reason I'm joining couchsurfing is because I really would like to see the REAL country, shown by you guys since you actually live there. I've been trying lots of hostels and booked many tours but I've never been quite satified as it is all very touristic. I'm studying arts and culture so I want to learn about the morals and standards, and the everyday life. And it's a great way to meet all of you ofcourse!

Morceaux de musique, films et livres

I listen about to everything. From jazz to drum&bass, from rock to reggae. Some of my favorite artists are John Mayer, Jeremy Loops, Outkast, Pearl Jam, the Streets, Arctic Monkeys, the Cat Empire, General Levy.
I don't watch many movies, because everytime I've seen one I forget what happened in it after two days. I really love reading so it's hard to name my favourite one, but I guess that is 1984 by George Orwell.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

Me and a friend were very bored one day, so we took the first train that left the station and we ended up in Eindhoven (that's not very far but still), we pretended to be from art school and we made people do the craziest things with a really ugly pink umbrella. We told them we were assigned an object and we had to find out how creative the people of Eindhoven were.
This might seem pretty random to you but it's the first thing I could think of.
