About Me

So, I'm living in Germany until February.

I don't really know how to describe myself. I am not a common person, that's for sure, but sometimes I wish I were because overthinking is quite hard and I do it often. Many people say my weirdness is cool, though. I like intersting conversations, cultured people (but hey, not pseudointellectual garbage). I can be extremely shy at the very beginning or no shy at all, it all depends on the circumstances and the person I'm speaking with.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am here firstly and foremostly to meet people, I have met wonderful people in my city with the help of this website.
I also love this because it allows you to travel but not as a tourist, which in my opinion is quite trivial, I hate it... I hate that feeling of being a tourist. Couchsurfing helps you to make friends and to really get to know the place you are travelling to, its soul and overtones.

Interests

I sing in a folk/oriental metal Band, I'm interested in music and arts.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Darkwave, metal, classical music, gothic rock, post punk, indie, Synthpop, folk music, medieval music. I love Molly Nillson, Faun, Haggard, Tarja, Eluveitie, Epica, Clan of Xymox, Bauhaus, Sopor Aeternus and the Ensemble of Shadows, Lacrimosa, Arch Enemy, Papá topo.
Literature: Francisco de Quevedo (El Buscón, España defendida de los tiempos de ahora y de las calumnias de los noveleros y sediciosos and all of his poems); Fernando Pessoa (the best poet of all time in my modest opinion), Rainer Maria Rilke, John Keats, Baudelaire, Thomas Mann, Novalis, Lope de Vega, Jorge Luis Borges, Cervantes, Anne Rice, Juan Rulfo, Carolina Lozano (all of her books), Benhard Schlik (der Vorleser).
Films: Fantastic Mr. Fox, the silence of the lambs, Amelie, El laberinto del fauno, The reader, Edward scissorhands, KILL BILL :'D, pulp fiction, Sweeney Todd. I love horror films in general, in fact I only watch horror films regularly, even though they do not become my favourite.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I tell you in person.

Teach, Learn, Share

I have sometimes found myself alone when I travelled and a bit lost, I'd like to help people who are in Madrid to know my awesome city, specially museums and beautiful architecture but also other places. I can only host females because I live with my family and I can't decide certain things. However, it must be taken into account that I live in a small house (I'm very sorry about that), but I have a couch!
Please, before sending a request read my profile because of all the requests I have recieved, none of them were genuine messages and nobody had read my profile.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can sing and play some piano, guitar and flutes (Turkish ney, whistles...). I cook good tortilla de patatas and love to speak abut arts, culture, history, psychology, travels, feelings, thoughts about everything in general... XD
