I am a curious, open minded guy from Berlin.
This year I was about to start my studies but then I decided to postpone university and go traveling! I love to see new places and meet new people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am traveling on my own - couchsurfing is great for me since I want to meet (local) people. Moreover, I am not on holidays but I LIVE abroad. I don't want to live in hotels, eat in restaurants, etc.

Traveling is not taking a break from reality! It is my present life. :)

Interests

I am a creative person and therefore I constantly look out for inspiration. There is no journey for me without notebook and pencils.
My interests are mostly arts and textiles. Also I love cooking and, well, eating. Most of the time I live vegan and I am interested in raw food, as well. Especially India turned out to be a culinary heaven!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books:
I like reading spiritual books. The last title I read and loved is "Zen and The Art of Motorcycle Maintenance".
My favourite author is Hermann Hesse.

Movies:
I LOVE cool science fiction movies with deeper meanings. I am thinking of "Lucy" and Mike Cahill makes great movies, I think.

Music:
Spheric, relaxed, electronic, hard.
Lone makes great music and I also can't get enough of FKA Twigs.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am good at cooking (friends say). I can show you some great vegan (and optionally raw) dishes!

Are you interested in sewing, tailoring, handcrafts? I can tailor and I know a few embroidery techniques.
