Overview
About Me
I am active both in professional life (I work as a copywriter in a cosmetics company with extra freelance tasks coming in all the time) and in free time (running, cycling, rollerblading, volleyball, calisthenics, badminton, volunteering, swimming - you name it). As a creative copywriter and blogger, I often find inspiration in people from cultural backgrounds that differ from mine. Thus, I love to go on adventures, explore new places, observe people and engage in long conversations with strangers who can unexpectedly turn into friends.
My boyfriend and I moved to Karlsruhe from Vilnius late in 2018 so we don't know the place too well yet but if you are coming here as well and are looking for a place to stay, feel free to send me a message :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Having to start fresh in Sweden and England has taught me that sometimes help from strangers is all you're left with. Therefore, even though I now have a landlord who's strictly against letting strangers stay over, I myself strongly support the idea of sharing what you don't need with those who do, be it a plate of food or a spare bed,
Interests
On my free time, I enjoy cooking, doing sports (listed above), photography, creative writing, knitting, camping, cycling, reading and so on, the list surely doesn't end here.

Music, Movies, and Books
Absolute favorite band: Red Hot Chilli Peppers. Genre-wise, I enjoy anything from classical jazz to dance music and rock.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've studied in Sweden for three years where I got my university degree. It may not sound like the greatest thing one can do in 22 years of their life, but if going to live in a place where you know no one isn't a challenge, I don't know what is. This adventure changed me and my views completely and along the way I met some of the coolest people I've ever come across in my life.
What I Can Share with Hosts
