Overview
About Me
Hello! I am Marcos, a Venezuelan living in Argentina. I am also a Translator, currently working as a Data Administrator. I believe in God, but I am also curious and respectful of other beliefs and cultures.
I am a culé (F.C. Barcelona fan), a big nerd for Batman (for real, like I know about the comics and BTAS) and Computer stuff, and a world-class procrastinator.
I love poetry and movies. You can find me on Instagram as @marcosdg07 ¡Saludos/Regards!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I read about it on a blog and I got interested on it.
Interests
God, football (some may call it soccer), video games, poetry and films.
Literally, one of my dreams is to become a published author and a film/TV director and producer. I love writing poems and short stories, because what is life but an rythmic ensemble made out of real tales?
I have a blog (pichondetraductor.wordpress.com) where I publish my poetry and my narrative and also some interviews made to people from all over America.

Music, Movies, and Books
Classical music and historical books. My best acquisition has been a 20$ book about my favorite Pharaoh (Tuthankamon) and the discovery of his tomb. Lastly, the best 4 euros I have ever spent were in the Museum of the Buda Castle in Budapest, where I fell in love with the history of the city.
My favorite TV shows are:
-Mr. Robot
-Westworld
-Band of Brothers
-Stranger Things
-Parks and Recs
I have too many favorite movies, but some of them are:
-Ferris Bueller's Day Off
-500 Days of Summer
-The Revenant
-Victoria (a German movie from 2015 filmed seamlessly in one single long shot)
-Inception
-Kingdom of Heaven (Director's Cut)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
