Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think it's the best way to be inspired from other great travelers, explore the daily native environment and culture, and not to follow the touristic crowds. Therefore I try to travel by using couchsurfing from time to time and also host someone at my place in Riga, when I have an opportunity.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

There have been absolutely amazing periods in my life and there have been extremely hard times when I simply
try to survive and understand the way forward. If I had only one amazing thing Ive done, it would hard to understand what’s the point of life. So I try to do as much as amazing things as possible to collect those amazing moments that gets me going further.
Few amazing highlights: being a member of the crew on a tall ship and sailing from Spain to UK for 2 weeks.
As well, extraordinary was my participation in military competition organized by cadets of National Defense Academy of Latvia where we simulated a military mission.
Climbing and reaching the summit of Montblanc, and discovering the passion for mountains was added to my amazing adventures last summer.
