About Me

Not easy to write about myself :( You will probably learn more about me if you read some references.. :D

I really like getting to know new people, learning new things, but on the other hand, I am not even the most extrovert person. Maybe it is also reason, why I love to travel as much as possible.
I am studying civil engineering at the moment, that´s why I am also busy during the year (cant neither travel nor host).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

When I had heard about CS from my friend, I liked it immediately, because I like travelling and getting to know some new cultures, countries as well as people. I think that it is more useful and even adventurous to stay with locals who can show you some nice places to visit than just staying in hotels like all tourists do. In addition, I would like to practise my skills in foreign languages (English, German).

Interests

First of all, I like sport. I have been training karate over 12 years, I work out at the gym regularly. Then I like running or cycling, but I am always keen to try everything connected with sport and physical activities.
When I have leisure time, I like reading books (both Czech and English) or listening to music.
Last but not least, I like hanging out with my friends and drinking beer..

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies and series:
Currently it is definetely Game of Thrones! Another favourite serie is Prison Break.

Books:
I like books by Lee Child, Dan Brown and Jo Nesbo, but there is many others which I like to read.

Music:
My favourite music band is Linkin Park, then I like many others throughout different styles and a few local interprets.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

During my holidays, when I had nothing to do, I set off on my bicycle on journey from Prague to Vienna. As I am not such a great cyclist, it was really demanding for me, but it was definitely worth that effort. Firstly, I was afraid of being in Vienna alone, but finally I found my first host and met many new people there, which was really great experience for me.
Last but not least, I fell in love with ! ;)

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Belgium, Croatia, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Spain, United Kingdom
