Cosa posso offrire ai padroni di casa

We have got a double bed in the livingroom which we normally use as a coach, but where friends stay when visit. There is no door in the livingroom, so the privacy is not ideal, but it is spacious and has got a nice balcony. We live in a nice neighbourhood in the geographical centre of Buenos Aires, so it is really well communicated (there are lots of buses and the subway very close) and the area is very familiar, and not expensive (cheap supermarket round the corner). Guests can of course use the toilet, kitchen, and Internet conexion!
We like partying and cooking, and guests will be treated as friends (I am rather good as a tourist guide, and will be happy to show guests around when I'm off work).
