Overview
About Me
I'm an example of a Brazilian progeny: a mixture of Latin American indigenous, Africans and Europeans (my great-grandparents were Italians).
I had an extraordinary opportunity to do an exchange programme in the Netherlands for a whole academic year, I could meet and live with people from all over the world. It's clear for me how enriching is this cultural exchange experience like that. That's why I'd say to make new friends is one of my biggest pleasures: I love to talk to people from other cultures with other backgrounds, languages, habits. In addition, get a trip is another great pleasure. Therefore, I believe the most important things in life are the experiences you live, much more important than material things!
I'm a nature lover and I also love to take pictures everywhere. At the same time, I enjoy to hang out in an urban night life too and also to see a movie (I'm a filmgoer!).
I'm also very interested in social and political issues. If you're open minded and, for instance, support feminism, LGBT rights, agroecology or permaculture, you'll get along well with me for sure.

What I Can Share with Hosts
You can know more about Brazilian culture!
I can show you the best of music (Brazilian rock, the bold Brazilian funk, MPB, samba); show you the best of food: maybe cooking something easy, like the Brazilian sweets: brigadeiro, beijinho, paçoca or, depending on the conditions, cooking something more elaborated for dinner; or bring to you something typic to drink: Brazilian cachaça!
Finally, of course, we can have long conversations about everything!
