About Me

I was born in a small farm in the country side of Brazil, but I have always dreamt big. By the age of 18 I moved alone to Rio de Janeiro, 500km away from my hometown, to study Advertising, and then things started to happen in my life.
Life has always given to me the best of everything.
I have already been an english teacher for kids, lawyer assistant, post-production assistant, big data researcher, digital media analist and marketer.
I am a musician interested in social experiments. My life is a song, composed by everything I learn from all the experiences. I am a very easy going person, and I walk around with a open heart and soul.

Life is about the people we meet, the experiences we share, and the things we create together.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I always loved to travel. My dad is a road-trip addicted and since I was born weekends has been synonymous to "let's explore around".
By the age of 12 I asked my god-mother to take me with her in a trip to Europe, and that was the first time I flew to another country.
After that I have taken every opportunity to travel, and the first time I did it alone I saw myself with the need to do it more often. For me that's when we really get to be ourselves, because we don't have to fulfill anyone's expectations.
Personally, 2015 was a very challenging year. I moved to Panama in January to do an Marketing Internship abroad, in a company called Procter & Gamble. The corporate life was never an objective to me, but I took this opportunity with a lot of passion. I worked a lot and I learned a lot, but unfortunatelly I got to travel and meet less people and places than I needed to.
Therefore, as soon as my internship ended I decided to go and see the world that I didn't see while I was in a corporate desk.

ready worked as a post-production assistant in a sports media house, editing sports series for the biggest tv programs in Brazil.
Right after I quited the job to focus on my university I started some researches in marketing, including social studies and big data analisys. Then I received an invitation to apply for an internship in the regional headquarters of Proter & Gamble, in Panama.

Interests

I am very passionated about art. I love music, cinema and theaters.
In a ordinary day there is nothing makes me happier that to meet people and to hear things that are new to me: new ideas, new songs, new point of views, new places to go...

I am very truthfull to myself, but I can be a lot of things: I love wine, but I am very much a Bourbon person. I keep an athletic life, but sometimes I am a late-night-person. I can enjoy to stay at home and chill with friends as much as to go out alone and make new friends.
