Hello! I'm Beste. I grew up in Antalya (always sunny and beautiful city). I suppose i am open-minded, outgoing and fun person.

I'm a product design student in Istanbul. When i come to Istanbul i participated to a student organization which is called BEST (Board of European Students of Technology). I think that was the best thing i've done during my 5 years in Istanbul. There are 97 BEST groups around Europe and i've had a chance to experience 10 courses with it (In Sweden, Estonia, France, Istanbul and so on). Also, last year i lived in Torino, Italy for erasmus. It was quite unique experience in my life.
In my opinion, it is the most amazing thing in life to meet new people and learn new cultures from the local people while traveling together. I am now alumni of this student organization and my Erasmus period is over, but i want to keep that spirit in my life. I think Couchsurfing is the best way of doing it: meeting local people and traveling around the world.

I love traveling and learning new things from people. I believe that if you want to learn new cultures, meeting local people is the best way of doing it. And waking up in a home is always better than a hotel :)

Till this month, i couldn't find a chance to experience cs because i was staying at a dormitory.
Now i have my own home soo, ready for it!

兴趣

I love animals. I have a very cute, lazy and social cat.
I used to play volleyball, nowadays i'm just not able to find time and team for it.
I like yoga-pilates, it makes me relaxed and happy.
I like eating. Eating is my hobby to be honest.
Dancing was my first hobby till university (i was a ballet dancer for 8 years and 1 year salsa)
Surprisingly, i like traveling a lot.
And for the academic part, i told i am product design student but i am also interested in user experience design, sculpting clay, designing jewelry and drawing (not an expert of these but i am enjoying while doing and learning).
