Una vez me dijeron que viajar era peligroso, me hablaban de la maldad de la gente. Hoy en día busco desmitificar esto. Esta es una excelente herramienta para conocer una vista de la cultura a la que nos sumergimos, conocer en detalle un lugar como solo un local puede hacerlo, compartir un momento que puede llegar a forjar una amistad o un nuevo reencuentro en otro punto del globo.

Once I was told that travelling was dangerous, I was warned about people’s meanness. Nowadays, I seek after destroying the myths surrounding this idea. This platform is an excellent tool to find out about the culture in which we immerse; it is useful to know a place in detail just like the way a resident can do. Particularly, it is an excellent tool to share a moment which may forge a friendship or a new encounter in a different part of the world.

Interests

Los deportes, realizar excursiones, caminatas, conocer la historia del lugar, su gente, nuevas culturas. Me gusta meditar en lugar donde pueda tener contacto con la naturaleza. Disfruto tanto de la playa, como de la montaña, las sierras. En argentina estudio teatro de forma amateur y realizamos obras como muestras anuales. Me recibí de barmanager y masoterapeuta hace algunos años, en ambas practicas las llevo a cabo en la actualidad aunque no vivo netamente de eso. Me gusta escribir poesía, improvisar, es una de las actividades que uso como equilibrio.

Sports, going on excursions, hiking, getting to know the history from a place as well as its people and culture. I like meditating wherever I have the possibility to be in touch with nature. I enjoy both the beach and the mountains or hills. In Argentina, I study drama as an amateur and we perform on plays at the end of the year. I graduated as a barmanager and massage therapist some years ago; although I don’t make a living out of them, I currently perform them. I fancy writing poetry, improvising, which is one of the activities I find my balance into.

Music, Movies, and Books

Si bien soy amante del rock argentino, no tengo prejuicio con los géneros musicales. Mis escritores favoritos son Cortazar, Katzenbach, Hesse, entre otros. Me gustan las películas clásicas mayormente.

Even though I am a lover of Argentinian rock music, I don’t judge any musical gender. My favourite authors are Cortazar, Katzenbach and Hesse, among others. I prefer classic films, mainly.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cada día me sorprendo de cosas impresionantes, pero no pongo ninguna en primer lugar ya que la capacidad de asombro se mantiene viva.

Every day I become surprised of amazing things but I don’t prioritize any because my capacity of admiration is always kept alive.

Cultura de mi país, idioma, fomentar a que tomen la mochila y vengan a esta tierra rica en paisajes y buena gente. Aprender costumbres, idioma, historia, cultura. Me gusta cocinar para otra persona, podría hacer algún plato típico de mi país. Puedo enseñar sobre cocteleria, masajes y marketing.

Culture from my country, language, encouraging people to take their backpacks and come to this land which is rich in landscapes and good people. Learning customs, languages, history, culture as well. I enjoy cooking for someone else, I could prepare some traditional dishes from my country. I can teach cocktail bartending, massage and marketing.

Por otra parte me ofrezco a cocinarles comidas típicas (y no tan típicas) de mi país y por que no algún coctel. Un intercambio referido a escritores, libros, películas y demás temas interesantes que abran aún más nuestro abaníco de opciones.

I can provide my hosts with countless travelling stories, pieces of advice, or information from where I have been.
