I am a former student, hopefully future student as well. Thing is I left my studies and I'm having a gap year now, through which I have decided to try one thing I've wished for: to travel my heart out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Changing activities and taking up new things have led me to bunch of astonishing people, whom now I am so happy to call my friends. This expanded my wish to meet new people and experience new things into intolerable level. And after the changes of my daily routine, after haunting stories, shows and books about travelers and travels, and, after falling in love deeply with people around me, moreover, having in mind all those who are there to meet... The must to travel has become vibrant, and neither I can, nor I wish to run away from it.

Interests

"Books, records, films - these things matter. Call me shallow. It's the truth". Though I'm stealing thoughts from John Cusack in "High fidelity", I relate to what its said heartily. It is culture that grabed and didn't let go of me when I dared to put a step in its teritory. Leading to all the secrets of humanity, literature is one greatest passion of mine. Though at the same time I cannot imagine myself without grimacing along with the lyrics or instrumentals of songs, moreover, without stepping into the lifes of others when staring at the screen. And despite that, chating is still my most usual activity.

Teach, Learn, Share

When I was younger I was a member of Lithuanian folk ensemble, so if there's a wish I can show some interesting, spicy dances along with some songs. And of course there's Lithuanian cuisine which can make your stomach dance on his own.
